Grace Olaore, Brand and Marketing Strategist

About

Strategic by nature,
relentless in execution.

I am a brand and marketing strategist who turns ideas into systems that hold. My work has taken me across three continents in four years: a Houston interiors studio, a Nairobi cybersecurity launch, a Lagos film distributor, a US creator community, spanning go-to-market strategy, community building, live events, and client operations. I own execution end to end, from positioning through to the room on launch night.

MSc Digital Marketing & Business Transformation, Rome Business School (2026).

How I Think About Growth

"I design systems that help brands grow with clarity, consistency, and intent. Growth is not noise. It is structure, storytelling, and follow-through."

Grace Olaore

Systems Thinking

I see the full picture: how brand, content, operations, and data connect to drive growth.

End-to-End Execution

From strategy to reporting, I own the process. No handoff gaps, no loose threads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

I bridge creative, marketing, and operations teams to move fast with alignment.

Case Studies

Problem

A creator brand with a 300K+ audience had gone quiet for two years. The community product existed as an idea rather than a platform, and there was no system for turning a weekly podcast into consistent multi-channel presence.

Strategy

Rebuild attention before asking for money. Reactivate the dormant audience organically across every channel, then convert that attention into a waitlist for a tiered community on Skool, with the platform architecture, content ladder, and nurture sequence built before launch rather than after.

Execution

Own the launch end to end: Skool platform architecture, masterclass structure, tiered points system, waitlist funnel, and GoHighLevel nurture sequences. Direct a five-person creative team on a weekly production cycle that turns one podcast taping into an episode, a newsletter, and a full social rollout.

Results

134 pre-launch waitlist signups, zero ad spend

47K Instagram views in under two months, +95% on prior period

41K YouTube views, 1.5K watch hours, +194 subscribers

41.9% newsletter open rate across 72K views

Dormant channels rebuilt into an active multi-platform engine

Problem

A cybersecurity company bringing an AI-powered employee cyber risk assessment into the Kenyan market, with no local brand presence and a technical product that needed translating for business decision-makers.

Strategy

Lead with credibility, not product. Anchor market entry on a launch event that positions the company inside the conversation on workplace cybersecurity, then convert the room into pipeline through a structured post-launch rollout.

Execution

Planned and produced the launch end to end, on the ground in Nairobi: event format and programming, speaker curation for a panel on the state of workplace cybersecurity, live product demo, run of show, vendor coordination, and guest experience. Built the post-launch marketing infrastructure alongside it: launch portal, LinkedIn presence, email campaign to the event list, paid social, and video distribution.

Results

Launch in progress. Nairobi, September 2026

Problem

A Houston interior design studio needed a digital presence built from scratch, and a social channel that actually generated leads.

Strategy

A community-first content system. Consistency over virality, paired with paid amplification and a confident visual identity.

Execution

Owned brand operations end to end: content, scheduling, client comms, delivery coordination, and Meta ad campaigns.

Results

50 to 11,800+ Instagram followers over four years

201,900+ monthly views at peak

$2M+ pipeline from under $1K in Meta ad spend

52% account growth in a single campaign period

27+ concurrent client projects managed remotely across a 9-hour time difference

Problem

A 20-year-old B2B brand needed to enter B2C without losing authority, anchored by an anniversary moment.

Strategy

A multi-channel campaign: documentary storytelling, client testimonials, thought leadership, SEO, and performance media.

Execution

Led the marketing team across email, webinars, social, and PR. Produced the anniversary documentary and secured editorial coverage.

Results

+25% qualified leads

+15% conversion rate

40% lower cost per acquisition

Stronger brand authority through editorial reach

Problem

A film distribution company entering Nigeria's streaming landscape (SVOD, AVOD, and TVOD) without a marketing backbone.

Strategy

Audience segmentation, brand partnership models, and a release framework built around streaming-first distribution.

Execution

Built go-to-market for film releases, including the Moji rollout, covering positioning, publicity, and audience strategy across SVOD, AVOD, and TVOD channels.

Results

Marketing infrastructure built from zero

Moji rollout: positioning, publicity and distribution plan

Initiated marketing rollout for "short films as an anthology on SVOD" distribution model

Repeatable audience segmentation framework
